What we collect
We receive the details you choose to provide through the contact form, such as your name, email address, topic, and message. A newsletter signup supplies an email address. We may also use limited, aggregated website analytics to understand which pages are useful. Google Analytics is used only if you accept it in the banner shown on your first visit: nothing is loaded and no analytics cookie is written unless you accept, declining is remembered for 180 days, and no advertising features are enabled.
How we use it
We use contact details to answer enquiries, subscription details to manage requested updates, and aggregated usage information to improve the site. We do not sell personal information or use contact-form data to make automated decisions about you.
Optional AI chat
The chat feature uses artificial intelligence. Only after you acknowledge its notice, your message and limited recent chat context are sent to OpenAI to generate a reply. AI output can be wrong. Do not include passwords, account details, personal or client information, confidential work, financial information, or health information.
Browser-based tools
The Prompt Builder, role quiz, and meeting-notes generator run in your browser. Their entries are not submitted to our server. If you create a Prompt Builder share link, the prompt is encoded in the URL fragment; anyone with that link can read it, and it may remain in browser history, the clipboard, or a recipient's records.
Service providers
We use service providers to operate this website. Depending on the feature, these may include hosting and database services, Microsoft 365 services for email and subscription records, privacy-focused analytics, and OpenAI for an AI chat you choose to use. Those providers process information under their own terms and controls.
Retention and security
We keep information only as long as it is reasonably needed for the purpose for which it was collected, operational records, and applicable obligations. We use technical and organisational safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system is completely secure.
Your choices and rights
You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in an email or the unsubscribe page. Depending on applicable law, you may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information, or object to certain processing. We may need to verify a request before acting on it.

Product features, prices, privacy settings, and terms can change, so check the provider's current official information before an important decision.
